Who are the showing agents?
Licensed Nevada real estate agents. Each adds their license number at sign-up, and our team verifies it with the Nevada Real Estate Division before they can accept a job.
How fast does someone accept?
Agents near the property are alerted the moment you post, and the first available one books it. Post a few hours ahead for the best coverage. If a showing gets close with no agent, our team is alerted too.
How do payments work?
During launch, HomeAXS doesn't handle money. You pay your agent directly by Venmo, PayPal or Zelle and record it in the app, and the agent confirms they received it.
What if my agent cancels or doesn't show?
We start finding a replacement immediately and show you the progress. If an agent never checks in you owe nothing, and repeated late cancellations or no-shows pause that agent's account.
Is it safe to share lockbox codes?
The code is only shown to the agent you booked, and only after they check in at the property.
I'm buying a home. How do I use HomeAXS?
Look for a HomeAXS sign or flyer at the home, scan the QR code with your phone camera, and pick a time. You confirm your email with a 6-digit code (no password), and the listing realtor gets your request right away. It's free for buyers.
Where is HomeAXS available?
Las Vegas, Henderson and the surrounding valley to start. Agents choose how far they'll drive.
Do I need an app?
No. It works in any phone or desktop browser at homeaxs.com/app. The iPhone app is in testing now ahead of its App Store release.
